| Abstract |
Amylase enzyme prepared by inoculating protoplast fusion hybrid
strain zymonionus mobilis and cellulomonus sp and immobilized in synthetic
conventional zeolites at 3.5 to 4.8 in conventional yeast peptone Dextrose
medium containing xylan or starch incubating the said immobilised cells at 29 to
30.6 C at a pH in the range of 6.5 7.0 and recovering amylase produced by
conventional methods. |
